Good Adjudication Advice

The preparation to a lift, a weight share, a turn or even another 8 count should be an integral part of the dance.

There is energy in a pause.

There is flowing energy in stillness.

Use the floor! It is your friend.

Show the difference between staccato and sustained movement or transitions.

Breath with your dance.

Come from center.
